Service Agreement
Welcome to Bloomscape Wall. By engaging with our services, you're agreeing to the parameters of our creative partnership. We take pride in our 8 years of transformative wall decor in New York City.
1. Custom Installations
Every floral mural is unique. Before we start, our designers will provide a detailed proof. Once confirmed, we'll schedule our installation team. Do you need to reschedule? Please let us know 48 hours in advance to avoid a service fee.
2. Product Quality & Care
Our botanical prints use archival-grade inks. We've tested them for longevity, but direct sunlight is still the enemy of any art. We don't recommend hanging panels in high-humidity areas unless specified for bathroom use.
3. Payment & Billing
For custom mural installations, we require a 50% deposit. The balance? That's due upon completion. We accept all major credit cards and digital transfers via our secure New York portal.
Shipping Policy
Standard orders ship within 5-7 business days. We ensure every piece is packed with care to prevent any crushing of floral elements.
Returns & Refunds
Custom-made orders are final sale. For standard botanical prints, we offer a 14-day return window if the item is in original condition.
